I, Vini Shah, have had the pleasure of working with Brian Payton, founder of ATW investments. I had the opportunity to go with him and a bus full of investors from San Antonio, TX to McAllen, TX. We had a lot of fun in the bus and talked about how hot the housing market is in San Antonio and McAllen. Once we got to McAllen we met with a realtor who discussed the growth in that area and the demographics. We had a great breakfast and off we went to see some homes. We saw all price range from the low starter homes to the high end Mansions. We also saw commercial properties like apartment complex and town-homes. We had so much fun and learned a lot. I highly recommend Brian Payton for his knowledge and his expertise.
