I also recently joined Brian on his Texas property tour, while the travel time was quite long (Melbourne to San Antonio) it was well worth the trip as we had a great time seeing properties in lots of locations from mobile homes through land into multi million dollar hotels. We all learned heaps about the Texas market while experiencing the Texas friendship. Thanks for all your help and assistance with our latest rehab property. All has gone to plan and we are looking forward to a tidy return on our money shortly. We will be doing many more deals with ATW.
